Records are personal accounts, poems and messages written by the people of Tsushima, documenting life during the Mongol invasion. Records are found all over the island: in towns, settlements, shrines, Mongol camps and strongholds, etc.

There are forty (40) records in the game and collecting twenty (20) of them counts towards the "Avid Reader” trophy. Records can also be tracked with the Traveler's Attire.
